What happens after I order?

Snug Society will deliver your order with a tracking number provided by AusPost (you can check the progress of your delivery here:  https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

Your tracking number will be emailed to the same email used at checkout.

AusPost will leave the order at your specified address if the courier believes it is safe to do so.

Please note that Snug Society is not responsible for missing orders at your specified address if there is proof of correct delivery to that address.

For international orders, Auspost will deliver to your country of residence and a local courier will take care of the rest.

How long will my order take?

All orders are dispatched within two business days from our Melbourne warehouse. Delivery time depends on your location, but we ask to allow 3-8 business days for orders within Australia and 8-12 Business days for overseas orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are super confident that your dog will love their bed. However, in the unlikely event you wish to return your order, you have up to 30 days to do so.

RETURN GUIDELINES

• Items must be sent back within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be sent back in the condition they were received (in the plastic wrapping). If the item is not in the compressed wrapping, we are unable to accept it as a return as the bed is unable to be compressed.
• Return shipping is at customers expense to Melbourne, Australia.
• Please contact us at hello@snugsociety.com.au if you wish to return the item.
• If the item is damaged, stained or clearly used we reserve the right to reject your return and a re-delivery fee will be incurred by the customer.
